High Desert Landscape
High Desert Landscape is a design/build landscape construction company
serving northern Utah.
High Desert specializes in custom xeriscape design.
High Desert Landscape has been in operation since 1993 and we have
completed more than 300 custom projects. High Desert has built every thing
from flower beds with seasonal color to full Landscapes including
restaurants, Model Homes for Developer's and award winning design for
remodel projects. We have built single stone walkways to curved brick paver
walkways and flagstone carriageway's and patios. Other Projects have been

putting greens, custom designed fences, rock retaining walls, block
retaining walls, Hydro seeding, trail design, construction and maintenance,
dry creeks, ponds, streams and waterfalls, custom sheds, outbuildings and
even a three story home. Our latest project involves cutting a chairlift line for
a major Utah ski resort. We'll let you know how that is going. We had 6" of
snow on June 7th, 2005, so weather is one of our partners.
High Desert remains small so that owners Rob Perkoski and Nachi
Fairbanks can focus on the details of each project. We have two landscape
crews, one based out of Park City and one based in Salt Lake City. High
Desert also has a maintenance crew, however we only take on fifty-five
weekly accounts in order to keep our team fresh.
Both Rob and Nachi have earned their MBA. In addition both have B.S.
Degree's in Geography/ Urban Planning and diplomas in Landscape
Design. As well Nachi has studied Horticulture, and Rob is a Licensed
Landscape Contractor (S330).
